When comparing the 3rd quarter of 2019 to the previous year we find the following trends for the Meyers area in South Lake Tahoe:
This report was interesting as all the categories weren’t too far off from the year before. The number of home sales went down only by a couple while the median and average sold prices saw minimal change. Same story with the average list to sale price and month supply. The days on market did go up quite a bit and the average price per square foot saw a decent increase as well.
