The Y neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe showed positive notes in all of the market categories we follow for the 3rd quarter of 2019. When comparing the numbers to the year before, the number of sales, median and average sale price, list to sale price ratio and dollar per square foot all increased in 2019. The average time on the market stayed the same for both years.
