As we saw in most neighborhoods, the North Upper Truckee area also saw increases in sales price, dollar per square foot, list to sale price ratio and the number of home sales when comparing the first quarter of 2021 to the year before. The inventory of homes on the market went down and so did the average time on the market (including the escrow period).
