The Christmas Valley neighborhood saw a decrease in sales in 2021 when compared to 2020, however the median and average sales prices increased quite a bit. The average dollar per square foot also increased and so did the average list to sale price ratio. The average time on the market went down and so did the inventory of homes for sale on the market. All of these trends show the Christmas Valley neighborhood to be a seller’s market at the current time.
