The number of closed sales for North Upper Truckee 2 went down by 30.8% while they increased by 5.1% for North Upper Truckee 1. The days on the market (the time between listing and close of escrow) stayed the exact same for North Upper Truckee 1 but increased for North Upper Truckee 2.
The month supply of available homes stayed the same for North Upper Truckee 1 while North Upper Truckee 2 decreased by 20.6%. Under 4 months indicates a seller market. The list to sale ratio stayed exactly the same.
