This is another interesting comparison for Lake Tahoe, NV Real Estate. The number of sales is higher this year compared to last year BUT the median sold price this year is a little lower compared to last.  The good news (for sellers anyway) is that the average sold price for Lake Tahoe, NV real estate has gone up. This means if you have been thinking of selling for a while, your home value has likely gone up compared to just a year ago. Also up is the median days on the market. Which is  pretty common when dealing with high priced properties. Lake Tahoe, NV real estate is known for having a higher price point compared to the California side. On the day this blog was published, there were 91 active Lake Tahoe, NV real estate listings with a median price of $1,595,000 and an average price of $3,716,767. Also at the time this blog was published, 15 homes were in escrow with a median price of $679,000, which is actually about $120,000 less compared to last month for the same amount of properties pending.
