The Tahoe Keys neighborhood is a sought after area in the heart of South Lake Tahoe that unique amenities including a private beach, pool, club house and more. This popular neighborhood has some mixed notes in the categories that we follow. This desirable neighborhood has had the highest median and average sales price out of all of the neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe and even though there were some decreases with both the median (-6.6%) and average (-5.5%) sold price, this still rings true. Closed sales went up 33.3%, pending sales went up 10.3% but new listings decreased by 1%, which is obviously very minimal. Average days on the market went down by 5.1%. This neighborhood has also been in a buyers market for some time and the latest report shows that the month supply saw a 27.1% decrease and is now at a 5. In order for the market to be considered balance, there needs to be a 6 month supply.
