Things are a little different this month compared to the last few. Sales are up by a few, as are days on market, but the prices are actually down. Interestingly, the amount of active North Lake Tahoe homes for sale was similar compared to this time last year with 60 this year, and 67 last. This May, homes for sale in North Lake Tahoe were on the market (on average) 83 days, up from 78 compared to this time last year.
North Lake Tahoe condos, on the other hand, had a different report. The amount of sold listings were the exact same both this year, and this time last year, at 7. The average sold price this year was up over double compared to last year at $816,571 and the median was $400,000. Last year at this time, the average sold price was $364,857 and the median was $344,000. Days on market went from 34 last year to 42 this year.
