The Heavenly neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe, CA showed a significant increase in values when comparing the end of 2021 to the end of 2020. The number of sales remained about the same in both years but the median and average sales prices took a big leap, as did the average dollar per square foot. The average time on the market for listings went down in 2021 and so did the average months supply of homes on the market. Clearly the Heavenly neighborhood continues to show signs of being a sellers market going into 2022.
