The Highland Woods neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe showed an increase in value in most of the market statistics that we follow in 2021 when compared to 2020. The number of sales went up and so did the average and median sale prices. The average dollar per square foot also went up and the average time on the market went down which all shows signs of a sellers market. The list to sale price ratio, however, did go down in 2021.
