The Stateline neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe showed a significant increase in value when comparing 2021 to the previous year. Both the median and average sale prices increased as did the average dollar per square foot. The list to sale price ratio went down a bit but the average time on the market and the average months supply of homes decreased. These are all indicators of what continues to be a sellers market going into the year 2022.
